The Nautical Penthouse suites are designed with white cathedral ceilings, sky lights, and Mahogany wood floors. The beautiful Mahogany floors and doors with the high vaulted ceilings were inspired by the sailing history of the island.

The large 13 x 13 ft living room looks out through 10 foot wide sliding glass doors that open onto the 19 foot balcony giving you the “best ocean view” for your West Bay vacation. The “Penthouse” suite has two large bedrooms with queen size beds, a sitting area, and walk-in closets.

All suites on the 2nd a 3rd floor have large beautiful bathrooms with double sinks, cabinets, black granite counters and large glass block showers.

The 12 x 20 ft master bedroom has 1 queen size bed, huge 5 ft sliding glass windows and sitting room providing you the “BEST VIEW” in West Bay.  Step out of the private glass door to the spacious balcony paved with cut stone and enjoy luxurious view of papaya colored sunsets.

Kitchen

The “Penthouse” suite comes with a fully equipped kitchen, full size stove and refrigerator, black granite counter tops and island with 3 bar stools and a family sized dining table.
